The Family and Community Engagement Coordinator Intern enhances participation and communication among families and communities within schools, neighborhoods, and/or broader communities. Collaborating closely with administration and leveraging community resources, the incumbent will cultivate a nurturing environment that empowers communities to thrive.

YOU WILL:
  • Assist in the implementation of an overall outreach plan to engage families to participate in activities and services in the community and/or within a school.

YOU HAVE:
  • Ability to coordinate educational opportunities.
  • Ability to submit all documentation in a timely manner
  • Ability to set appropriate limits and boundaries with clients
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills

  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • Ability to commit to part-time hours between 5-20 hours/week anytime during Monday-Friday 8 am - 5 pm.
