Job description

Salem Alliance Church is hiring a Pastor of Preschool Ministries to provide leadership, pastoral care, and ministry oversight for children from birth through preschool age and their families. This full-time pastoral role leads volunteers and staff, oversees curriculum and ministry environments, partners with parents in the spiritual development of their children, and helps create safe, welcoming, and engaging spaces where young children can begin building a foundation of faith.

We are seeking someone who is relational, organized, and passionate about ministering to young children and their families. The ideal candidate will have experience in childrenโ€™s ministry, education, or pastoral leadership and enjoy equipping volunteers, supporting parents, and maintaining strong ministry systems.

This position is primarily onsite and requires regular leadership during Saturday evening and Sunday preschool ministry programming, along with weekday office hours dedicated to ministry planning, volunteer development, and administrative responsibilities.
