At Great Strides, you'll work with children and families through individualized, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services designed to help patients achieve meaningful progress and long-term success. Your Role

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on ABA principles.
  • Analyze behavioral data and make evidence-based treatment recommendations to support patient progress.
  • Provide clinical supervision, training, and mentorship in accordance with BCBA standards and company policies.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.
  • Educate and support parents and caregivers through ongoing communication and training.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation within designated systems and regulatory guidelines.
  • Support positive patient outcomes through quality clinical services and individualized interventions.

Requirements

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Current Florida licensure or eligibility for licensure, if required by state regulations.
  • CPR certification or willingness to obtain as required.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills.
