Job description

Liquid Personnel is recruiting for a Social Worker to join the Children with Disabilities Team within a supportive and forward thinking local authority in Berkshire. This is a meaningful opportunity to make a real difference to children and families while contributing to a service recognised for its commitment to improving outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Working with children and families to deliver highquality, personcentred support

  • Building strong partnerships and coproducing solutions with children, young people, families, and multiagency partners

  • Advocating for the voices of children and young people

  • Maintaining accurate records in line with local policy and producing clear reports, updates, and presentations for a range of stakeholders

  • Applying a strong understanding of the Children Act 1989/2004 and the Children and Families Act 2014

Requirements
  • Completed ASYE, full driving licence, and access to a vehicle

  • Registered with Social Work England

  • Experience working with children and families

  • Right to work in the UK
