Welcome to My Gym Children's Fitness Center. You've found your next career!
My Gym is an amazing place because it allows you to work with children in a fun environment AND also be involved in the high-level processes of running a small business. As a director, you will lead and train the staff in all areas of operations. You will be leading classes, parties, camps, and events. Additional duties include admin, sales, and marketing.
Position Requirements:
o Bachelor's Degree in education, health-related field, child development or business managment
o Ability to work 40 hours per week, including weekends
o Highly energetic
o Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
o Experience working with children
o Background in fitness (athletics, sports, dance, cheer, gymnastics, martial arts, or related field)
o Effective leadership and motivational skills
o Effective time management
o Adept sales skills
o Clean background check
Compensation:
$40,000/year ($19.23/hour)
