This position operates in a fully remote setting, allowing for flexibility while serving clients effectively. The LCSW will take on a variety of essential tasks aimed at supporting young children and their families. Responsibilities include:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine individual child needs.
• Collaborate with families to develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring each child receives tailored support.
• Monitor outcomes diligently, providing updates and recommendations as a proactive team member.
• Facilitate coaching sessions and offer evidence-based strategies that empower families to enhance their child’s development within natural learning environments.
• Adhere to all Federal and State regulations and maintain compliance to ensure high standards of care and safety.
• Develop strong rapport with children, families, and team members to cultivate a supportive and healthy learning environment.
• Utilize a coaching model to teach families how to engage with their children effectively.

The primary focus of this role will be on infants and toddlers who demonstrate developmental delays or disabilities. Our team is tasked with guiding these young clients through their formative years, facilitating the acquisition of essential skills across physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication domains. By working closely with families, the LCSW helps foster a nurturing and educational environment for their children.

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Possess a Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.
• Hold an active license with the Department of Public Health as an LCSW.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Exhibit strong communication skills, demonstrating respect and teamwork within a collaborative environment.

While not mandatory, the following skills and experiences are highly preferred:

• At least one year of experience working directly with children in early intervention settings.
• Proficiency in adapting to various learning styles and implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Knowledge of and commitment to Natural Learning Environment Practices.
• Bilingual proficiency is encouraged to better serve diverse populations.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
