• Active participation in the development and execution of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring tailored support for families.
• Monitor progress and outcomes by collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to refine intervention strategies.
• Provide customized resources and support to families, encouraging optimal child development through informed engagement.
• Adhere strictly to all federal and state regulations that govern early intervention services, ensuring best practices are upheld.
• Foster robust, trusting relationships with children, families, and team members to create a conducive learning environment.
• Design individualized treatment strategies based on evidence-based practices and Natural Learning Environment Principles.
• Champion the coaching model by incorporating natural teaching approaches in the family’s daily routines.

Your primary focus will be on infants and toddlers experiencing developmental delays or disabilities. By working closely with families, you will empower parents and caregivers with the knowledge and resources to enhance their child's developmental milestones, ensuring that they thrive despite challenges.

• Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license issued by the Department of Public Health.
• A valid driver's license to facilitate family visits.
• At least one year of direct experience in early intervention services for children.
• A proven commitment to implementing Natural Learning Environment Practices.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
• A collaborative spirit with respect for team dynamics and a passion for holistic child development.

• Fluency in a second language is advantageous, enhancing communication with diverse families.
• Experience with telehealth services or remote therapeutic engagement tools to optimize family interaction.
