Call Center / Administrative Assistant

Luxury Bath of Phoenix is seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Call Center / Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. This position plays a vital role in supporting our sales and operations teams by managing inbound and outbound calls, scheduling appointments, assisting customers, and handling administrative tasks. Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally and courteously.
  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for sales representatives and management.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update information in company databases and CRM systems.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and general office administration.
  • Manage email correspondence and distribute messages appropriately.
  • Support daily office operations and administrative functions.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Handle customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Prepare reports and maintain organized records as needed.
Qualifications
