Peace of Mind Mental Health Care & Counseling is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. This role is pivotal in delivering high-quality early intervention services to children with disabilities or developmental delays. This position is offered in a remote setting, allowing you to deliver impactful services from the comfort of your own home. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that includes early intervention specialists, educators, and healthcare providers, all focused on providing comprehensive care to children. Our Detox Center, while primarily serving individuals in crisis, underscores our broad commitment to mental health and well-being, reinforcing the importance of team synergy even in a virtual setup.

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children to identify individual needs and strengths.
• Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), tailoring strategies to support each child's growth.
• Monitor and document outcomes, adjusting intervention strategies as necessary to ensure effectiveness and adherence to evidence-based practices.
• Provide essential support and training to families, equipping them with information, skills, and tools needed to foster their child's development.
• Utilize the coaching model and Natural Learning Environment Practices to promote developmental growth in home settings.
• Maintain compliance with all federal and state regulations to ensure high standards of service and safety.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and team members to cultivate a supportive learning atmosphere.

Your work will primarily focus on infants and toddlers facing developmental challenges. You will engage families to create a nurturing environment where children can thrive. Your efforts will be crucial in helping children achieve developmental milestones in areas like physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills during their formative years.

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current LCSW licensure by the Texas Department of Public Health.
• A valid driver's license is required for potential travel to family homes or community settings.
• Strong adaptability to various learning styles, applying flexible strategies to meet individual treatment needs.
• Commitment to the principles of Natural Learning Environment Practices.
