• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions utilizing approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of educators, psychologists, and healthcare providers to promote holistic student care.
• Facilitate workshops and guidance sessions for students, parents, and school staff on topics such as stress management, conflict resolution, and emotional support.
• Stay abreast of the latest research and developments in mental health to continuously refine therapeutic techniques.

Your primary focus will be on a diverse population of students ranging from elementary to high school age. You will work with individuals facing a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and family-related concerns. By creating a safe space for open dialogue, you will empower students to express their feelings and develop coping strategies to overcome their challenges.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid LCSW license in Texas.
• Understanding of solution-based psychotherapy interventions and child development principles.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a passion for working with children and families.

• Previous experience working in a school setting or with youth organizations is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with school-based mental health services and educational support systems.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care approaches and best practices in adolescent therapy.
