Job Title: Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Location: West Chester, Ohio, 45069 Position Type: Permanent Job Description: The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will be responsible for overseeing the technological direction and development of the company. The CTO will lead the technology team, drive innovation, and ensure that technology resources align with the company's business goals.

Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute the company's technology strategy. - Lead and manage the IT department to meet the company's needs. - Oversee system design, architecture, and infrastructure.

- Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance or improve the company's offerings. - Collaborate with other executives to align technology initiatives with business objectives. - Ensure the security of IT systems and data.
