As a Senior Manager in Finance Transformation with a focus on Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), you will advise CFOs and senior Finance leaders on how to modernize planning, forecasting, and performance management to better enable enterprise decision-making. You will lead complex, multi-workstream Finance Transformation programs anchored in EPM-enabled planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance analytics. You will be accountable for driving measurable business outcomes while strengthening long-term client relationships and growing Deloitte’s Finance Transformation practice.
Key responsibilities include:
Executive Advisory & Thought Leadership
- Advise CFOs and senior executives on EPM strategy, target operating models, and transformation journeys aligned to enterprise priorities
- Lead executive-level wellness checks, diagnostic assessments, and roadmap definition across complex Finance environments
- Provide insight on Finance trends, regulatory considerations, and emerging technologies shaping the CFO agenda
Program & Engagement Leadership
- Own overall accountability for large, complex EPM programs, including commercial oversight, quality, risk, and outcomes
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams across strategy, process, data, and technology workstreams
- Establish and oversee governance, manage executive steering committees, and resolve critical risks and escalations
Sales, Account & Practice Leadership

You are a proven Finance Transformation leader with deep EPM expertise, recognized for your ability to advise senior executives and deliver complex change. You bring:
- Extensive experience leading EPM enabled Finance Transformation initiatives in consulting and/or complex enterprise Finance environments.
- Deep functional knowledge across FP&A, planning and forecasting, close and consolidation, and management reporting.
- Strong understanding of finance data models, hierarchies, drivers, and analytics required for enterprise wide insight.
- Hands on experience with leading EPM platforms (e.g., Anaplan, SAP, OneStream, Oracle EPM, Workday/Adaptive), including full lifecycle implementations.
- Exceptional executive presence, with the ability to influence, challenge thinking, and build trusted C suite relationships.
- Demonstrated success leading large, multi disciplinary programs and managing senior client stakeholders.
- Industry Experience (Cross‑Industry with Sector Depth as a Plus)Industry-Specific Expertise – Energy & Resources
- Experience advising organizations across multiple industries on EPM‑enabled Finance Transformation, including enterprise planning, long‑range forecasting, scenario analysis, capital planning, and performance reporting
- Energy & Resources experience is a strong asset, particularly in capital‑intensive or regulated environments (e.g., portfolio optimization, long‑term forecasting, scenario‑based decision‑making)
- Comparable experience in other capital‑intensive or highly regulated industries (e.g., Financial Services, Manufacturing, Infrastructure, Life Sciences, Public Sector, Consumer) is also relevant Advise Energy & Resources organizations on EPM capabilities for capital planning, long-range forecasting, scenario analysis, and regulatory reporting. This industry focus can be adapted to other industries as required.
Qualifications
- 10–15+ years of experience in management consulting, Finance leadership, and/or large scale Finance Transformation delivery.
- Proven track record leading complex EPM or Finance Transformation programs at scale.
- Strong commercial acumen, including experience supporting or leading sales pursuits and managing engagement economics.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at the executive level.
- Demonstrated commitment to talent development and inclusive leadership.
The salary range for this position is $105,000 - $234,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
