RadX is seeking an experienced, highly organized, and professional Executive Assistant to the CEO to provide direct administrative and executive support to our Chief Executive Officer.

This is a high-level executive support position requiring exceptional organizational skills, discretion, sound judgment, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience directly supporting a CEO, President, owner, or other C-suite executive.

Healthcare experience is strongly preferred, particularly within a medical practice, outpatient healthcare, radiology, or other healthcare-related environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the CEO's complex and frequently changing calendar, meetings, appointments, and business commitments.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings with executives, physicians, business partners, consultants, and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, correspondence, and supporting materials.
  • Track action items, deadlines, commitments, and follow-up activities on behalf of the CEO.
  • Coordinate business travel, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries.
  • Assist with executive communications and correspondence.
  • Help prioritize incoming requests, meeting invitations, communications, and matters requiring the CEO's attention.
  • Serve as a professional point of contact between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive business, employee, financial, and strategic information.
  • Maintain organized executive records, documents, and files.
  • Coordinate leadership meetings, strategic planning sessions, and other executive-level activities.
  • Process executive expense reports and related documentation.
  • Anticipate the CEO's needs and proactively address administrative or scheduling issues.
  • Assist with special projects and other executive-level assignments as needed.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of executive-level administrative experience preferred.
  • Previous experience directly supporting a CEO, President, owner, or C-suite executive strongly preferred.
  • Healthcare experience strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and changing deadlines.
  • High degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Strong judgment and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to anticipate executive needs and work independently with limited direction.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent executive administrative experience may be considered.
