Relevant du chef des opérations (COO), le titulaire du poste jouera un rôle stratégique en dirigeant les fonctions de comptabilité et de planification financière (FP&A). Il contribuera activement à la transformation de la fonction finance, à l'optimisation des processus, à l'implantation d'un nouvel ERP et au développement d'outils d'analyse permettant d'appuyer les décisions d'affaires.

Votre rôle
  • Superviser l'ensemble des activités comptables et encadrer une équipe de professionnels.
  • Produire et analyser les états financiers, les budgets, les prévisions et les indicateurs de performance.
  • Développer et structurer la fonction FP&A afin d'offrir une information financière stratégique à la direction.
  • Piloter les projets d'amélioration des processus financiers et l'implantation d'un nouvel ERP.
  • Optimiser la gestion de la trésorerie, les contrôles internes et la performance financière.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les différents départements afin de soutenir les décisions d'affaires.
  • Coordonner les audits externes et assurer la conformité aux normes comptables (NCECF/ASPE).
  • Participer activement aux orientations stratégiques et aux initiatives de croissance de l'organisation.
Profil recherché
  • Baccalauréat en comptabilité, finance ou domaine connexe.
  • Titre CPA, un atout important.
  • Plus de 7 ans d'expérience en finance, incluant des responsabilités en comptabilité et en FP&A.
  • Expérience en gestion d'équipe et en amélioration de processus financiers.
  • Solide maîtrise d'Excel ainsi que des ERP et systèmes comptables.
  • Esprit stratégique, approche pratique (« hands‑on ») et excellentes habiletés de communication.
  • Bilinguisme (français et anglais), tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
