Our client seeks a visionary and strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead their Durable Medical Equipment (DME) division. This is for an established healthcare organization with multiple locations across the Southeast. The COO will be responsible for shaping and executing operational strategies that drive innovation, enhance customer outcomes, and position the company as a leader in the rapidly evolving healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to define and execute long-term strategic vision
  • Identify and capitalize on emerging trends, technologies, and market opportunities
  • Drive business growth, innovation, and expansion into new markets
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with joint venture hospital partners
  • Attend and present at board meetings for both the company and joint venture partners
Operational Management
  • Oversee daily operations of the DME business, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of products and services
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and service quality
  • Manage supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and delivery
