Required qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree in business or related field required.

2. Minimum of ten (10) years of hospital operations at the leadership level.

3. Responsible for the measurement/effectiveness of all internal/external processes.

4. Ability to collaborate with the management team to develop plans for operational infrastructure.

5. Ability to oversee major workforce/resource decisions.

6. Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills

7. Must obtain Sexual Harassment Certification within 6 months, and then maintain biennially

Preferred qualifications:

1. Masters degree in business or related field preferred.

The hospital offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $180,000.00 to $250.000. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
