Job description

About Us
Since 2012, CCT (cct.io) has helped more than 300 casinos worldwide to streamline workflows, simplify compliance, and improve profitability. With an award-winning suite of software and services, we scalable solutions that integrate with more than 100 casino management, hospitality, and financial systems.
We are a team of 120 (and growing!) headquartered in Tulsa, OK, with remote and work-from-home locations across North America. Our core values represent who we are and how we work - Customer Oriented, Problem Solving, Driven, Adaptability, and
Teamwork.
The Role
We're looking for an Account Executive to drive new logo acquisition and expand CCT's footprint across the casino operator market. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, this role is responsible for building pipeline, winning competitive deals,
and growing net new revenue through the full sales cycle.
This person will own prospecting and outbound activity, navigate complex multi- stakeholder deals, and position CCT's SaaS platform against the competition. The ideal candidate combines a hunter mentality with strategic selling skills - someone who thrives on bringing in new logos and building relationships from zero.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • New Logo Acquisition & Sales Execution: Own the full new business sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close. Identify, qualify, and win new casino operator accounts by positioning CCT's SaaS platform against their specific operational challenges.
  • Outbound Prospecting & Pipeline Generation: Drive top-of-funnel activity through targeted outbound - cold outreach, trade show follow-up, referrals, and multi-channel sequences. Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified new logo opportunities.
  • Prospect Relationship Management: Build credibility and trust with key decision-makers at target accounts, including Finance Leaders, Cage Managers, GMs, and Audit leaders, through persistent, value-led engagement and deep understanding of their business needs.
  • Pipeline & Forecast Management: Maintain an accurate new logo pipeline, forecast net new revenue reliably, and ensure proper usage of CRM (HubSpot) deal stages, activity notes, and qualification criteria.
  • Product & Solution Expertise: Develop deep knowledge of CCT's platform (Insight Cash, Insight Analytics, and Kiosk Intelligence) to deliver compelling, outcome-led value propositions tailored to each prospect's environment.
  • Competitive Positioning & Deal Strategy: Understand the competitive landscape and craft deal strategies that differentiate CCT. Navigate procurement processes, multi-stakeholder dynamics, and objections to move deals to close.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing and Revenue Operations to support targeted campaigns, trade show strategies, and prospect segmentation. Provide field feedback to inform product messaging and GTM priorities.
  • Revenue Reporting & Accountability: Track KPIs related to new logo revenue, quota attainment, pipeline coverage, and deal velocity. Leverage data and CRM insights to prioritize efforts and drive strategy.

Who You are and How to Thrive at CCT
  • You are passionate; you throw your energy and conviction into the work you do.
  • You are naturally curious; you have an innate desire to understand people and help solve their problems.
  • You are collaborative; you thrive in environments where people work together to create winning solutions.
  • You have a commitment to self-development and personal growth; you pursue your personal and professional interests with energy and enthusiasm.
  • You assume positive intent; you believe your teammates and customers come from a place of good intention.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales with a focus on new logo acquisition
  • Proven track record selling SaaS or recurring-revenue software to new accounts
  • Consistent performance to meet or exceed quota/plan
  • Strong ability to identify customer needs and match them to product value
  • Experience navigating multi-stakeholder deals across Finance, Operations, and Technology buyers
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and timelines effectively
  • Data-driven mindset with comfort using reports, KPIs, and dashboards
  • Experience or familiarity in the casino, gaming, or hospitality industry
  • Bonus for familiarity with MEDDPICC, Gap Selling, or similar methodologies
