  • Partner with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team to develop and execute organizational strategy.

Operational Leadership
  • Direct and oversee all operational functions of the organization, including:

  • Monitor operational performance and implement corrective action plans when necessary.
  • Provide executive oversight of the organization’s information technology strategy, infrastructure, cybersecurity, telecommunications, and business systems.

Experience
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of progressively responsible leadership experience.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of executive‑level operational leadership experience.
  • Experience leading multiple departments and large teams in a healthcare, blood banking, laboratory, manufacturing, logistics, or similarly regulated environment preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, budget management, organizational development, and process improvement.
