We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused President & Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead the company's day-to-day operations and drive the next phase of growth. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), this executive will translate strategic vision into operational performance, lead business development efforts, and ensure excellence across all facets of the business. Key Responsibilities Lead strategic and operational planning in alignment with the CEO and ownership.

Drive business development, market expansion, and key client relationships. Oversee budgets, forecasting, cash flow, cost control, and profitability. Ensure efficient, on-time, and budget-compliant project delivery.

Develop high-performing teams and foster a culture of accountability and growth. Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and stakeholders. Monitor industry trends, regulations, safety standards, and emerging technologies.

Identify and mitigate operational and business risks. Qualifications Master's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (required). Minimum of 10 years in executive leadership within the construction industry, specifically commercial drywall, wall, and ceiling systems (required).

Proven record of driving revenue growth, profitability, and operational performance. Strong business acumen, financial analysis skills, and leadership capability. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

In-depth knowledge of construction practices, safety standards, regulations, and emerging technologies.
