Gpac is working with a growing accounting and advisory firm in Madison, IN. They are seeking a highly organized, execution-focused Firm Administrator/Chief Operating Officer (COO) to help lead and scale their growing accounting firm. They are focused on delivering high-quality client services while building a scalable, efficient, technology-enabled, and team-oriented organization.
Firm Administrator/COO:
  • Will serve as a key operational leader and strategic partner to the Partner group consisting of three partners.
  • Oversee the firmโ€™s day-to-day operations, workflow management, team accountability, human resources, client service processes, staffing coordination, technology initiatives, and operational systems.
  • Has experience in professional services or accounting firm operations and thrives in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, HR, financial management, and technology capabilities are highly valued, including experience improving processes, developing teams, implementing systems, and building operational structure to support continued growth.
  • Both strategic and hands-on, with the ability to drive accountability, improve efficiency, support employees, and strengthen the overall operational performance of the firm.
