Chief of Pharmacy - DAP Health

Education and Experience

  • Education:
    • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) required; advanced degrees (MBA, MHA, MPH, or related field) strongly preferred, but the individual must demonstrate equivalent financial and operational competency through experience.
    • Licensure: Active pharmacist license in at least one California with eligibility for multi-state licensure
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 10 years of progressive pharmacy leadership, including 5+ years in multi-site or executive-level management
    • 5+ years covered entity experience in an FQHC or Hospital
    • Proven experience overseeing both retail and extensive and multi service level 340B pharmacy operations
    • Documented formal training in 340B drug pricing program
    • Demonstrated success in driving operational excellence, compliance, and financial growth
    • Experience in HIV care

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements

  • This position requires on-site and hybrid work with travel throughout San Diego and Riverside counties
  • Requires current and valid driver’s license and current personal auto insurance 
  • This job typically operates in an office and pharmacy setting and requires frequent durations of sitting, standing, repetitive motion and talking 
  • Ability to lift up to 24 pounds
