Job description

Make a difference with CommUnityCare Health Centers 

The Associate Chief Health Officer (ACHO) is a senior clinical executive who partners closely with the Chief Health Officer to advance the quality, performance, integration and clinical effectiveness of CommUnityCare's health services. This position will involve .5 FTE direct patient care.

The successful leader will oversee assigned clinical service lines and help establish clinical standards and a high-performance, team-based model of care. The position sits at the intersection of clinical leadership, quality improvement, population health, operations, informatics, finance, compliance and nursing, requiring an executive who can move effectively between frontline clinical realities and system-level strategy. 

CommUnityCare is seeking a transformational clinical leader who can improve outcomes, develop people, strengthen accountability and advance health equity while maintaining credibility with practicing clinicians.
