Job Overview

Ursuline Academy of Dallas, an independent Catholic college preparatory school for young women, seeks a mission-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its leadership team. Guided by the spirit of Serviam ("I will serve"), the CFO will provide strategic financial leadership and oversee all financial operations of the Academy. The CFO reports directly to the President, supports the Board of Trustees, plays a leadership role in matters related to the Academy Foundation, and helps advance the Academy's long-term financial strength and strategic priorities.
