About the job
We are looking for a Director of Finance to join our team and lead key financial operations within our organization. This role is responsible for managing financial reporting, cash flow, inventory valuation, and accounting processes while supporting leadership with budgeting and cost analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare financial statements, including quarterly and year-end closings, with support from HQ as needed
  • Manage inventory valuation and coordinate physical inventory processes
  • Oversee cash management, liquidity risk, foreign exchange activities, and debt issuance
  • Manage Accounts Receivable, including credit management and collections
  • Collaborate with the sales team to monitor and resolve delinquent accounts
  • Maintain fixed asset records in SAP, including capitalizations, depreciation, and disposals
  • Oversee the Accounts Payable process
  • Support the CFO with budgeting and cost accounting
  • Maintain cost and financial data in ERP

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 10+ years of experience in accounting or finance
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a team environment
