Executive Assistant
Overland Park, KS | Temporary / Temp-to-Hire | Onsite
Morgan Hunter is partnering with a respected Kansas City-area organization to add an experienced Executive Assistant. This role will primarily support the CEO while also assisting other members of the executive team. They are looking for someone polished, highly organized, and detail-oriented who can confidently manage executive travel, schedules, events, and day-to-day administrative needs.
Responsibilities
  • Provide executive-level administrative support primarily to the CEO
  • Coordinate complex commercial and private travel for executives
  • Manage calendars, meetings, travel itineraries, and related logistics
  • Process expense reports and maintain accurate documentation
  • Monitor executive communications and assist with correspondence
  • Coordinate company event tickets and track usage
  • Assist with planning company meetings, holiday events, and other functions
  • Provide occasional front desk coverage and general administrative support
Qualifications
  • Previous Executive Assistant or senior-level administrative experience
  • Strong experience coordinating executive travel
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
