Join our new hotel as the Chief Engineer. The hotel chief engineer manages all property maintenance, building systems, and engineering staff to ensure guest safety, comfort, and operational efficiency.

Facility Maintenance: Oversee repairs for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, and general building structures.

Preventive Maintenance: Run routine inspection schedules for guest rooms, public areas, and critical equipment.

Safety & Compliance: Test life safety systems, fire alarms, and emergency lights, ensuring compliance with local building and health codes.

Staff Leadership: Hire, train, schedule, and supervise maintenance technicians and engineering teams.

Budget & Capital Projects: Manage department expenses, track utility consumption, and plan facility improvement projects.

Experience: Typically 2 to 5 years of hands-on maintenance experience, with prior supervisory or director-level hospitality experience.

Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge across multiple trades, such as electrical, plumbing, and mechanical troubleshooting.
