Job Summary
Seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and manage day-to-day business operations while supporting the company's continued growth in the U.S. market. COO will report to CEO.
Job Description

  • - Oversee daily operations across US Branch
  • - Lead operational planning, budgeting, processes, and organizational infrastructure

  • - Oversee HR, finance, administration, legal/compliance coordination, and vendor relationships
  • - Support major artist, production, and business initiatives
  • - Serve as a key liaison between US Branch and global headquarters

  • - 10+ years of progressive operations or business leadership experience
  • - Strong experience managing teams, budgets, and cross-functional operations
