Job description

We're looking for a courteous, detail-oriented maintenance engineer to provide our guests with a five-star experience. You'll be in charge of overseeing the property’s overall upkeep and carrying out routine processes to make it fully functioning, pleasurable, and safe. $52,000 - $55,000 yearly


Responsibilities:
  • Create an available channel of communication between you and other staff, including managers and department heads
  • Assist other technicians and engineers with a variety of maintenance tasks in a collaborative manner
  • Tend to all of the hotel's equipment and conduct preventive maintenance routines
  • Take care of guest complaints regarding building maintenance and troubleshoot issues
  • Adhere to all engineering safety norms and procedures

Qualifications:
  • Driver’s license and clean driving record is mandatory
  • Stellar communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are needed
  • Ability to use web-based software, including facilities maintenance software preferred
  • This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent GED
  • 2-4 years of maintenance experience is required for this role
