Position Summary

Under general supervision of the Director, Administrative Support Services, the Executive Assistant performs administrative duties in support of the Executive Vice President/Chief Data and Analytics Officer and SVP/Chief Technology Officer, including the provision of varied and complex office duties, and performs other duties as assigned, including supporting other staff and back up to other administrative staff as needed.


Essential Functions

  • Manage the calendar and day-to-day workflow of the Chief Data & Analytics Officer, SVP & Chief Technology Officer and others as assigned with minimal conflicts.
  • Every 2 weeks check and distribute mail at the Garner office / place order for office supplies
  • Monitor the main CCNC phone line and route messages to appropriate staff
  • Reconcile the assigned credit cards for Finance.
  • Schedule travel as needed.
  • Schedule interviews as directed – both face to face and virtual.
  • Handle logistics for virtual and off-site meetings, particularly in support of the Project Managers and the Innovaccer implementation
  • Handle all logistics for off-site group outings as directed (venue, catering, etc)
  • As workloads dictate, assume other responsibilities as needed from other groups
  • Order gift cards and business cards for the organization.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Proactively monitor, respond to, and distribute incoming communications.
  • Interact with external customers.


Qualifications

  • At least 5 years’ experience providing support at the senior administrative assistant level
  • Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite
  • Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
