A leading hyperscale data center platform is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to oversee all financial strategy, operations, and capital management for a rapidly expanding business. The CFO will be responsible for driving disciplined growth, strengthening financial infrastructure, leading capital markets activities, and partnering closely with the executive team to scale the platform globally. This role requires deep experience in project finance, infrastructure development, and complex capital deployment across multi-billion-dollar portfolios.

Key Responsibilities Financial Strategy and Leadership
  • Develop the long-term financial strategy aligned with corporate objectives, growth plans, and investor expectations.
  • Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles.
  • Provide strategic decision support to the CEO and Board, delivering clear, data-driven insights.
  • Build a high-performing finance team across FP&A, accounting, treasury, tax, and corporate development.
Capital Markets and Funding
  • Lead all debt and equity capital raising to support development pipelines, acquisitions, and platform growth.
  • Structure project finance facilities, term loans, revolving credit lines, asset-backed financing, and other instruments.

  • Strong understanding of power procurement, construction dynamics, equipment supply chains, and long-term customer contracting in the data center ecosystem.
  • Track record of building and scaling finance organizations through rapid growth.
  • Deep experience with institutional investors, private equity sponsors, and strategic partners.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required. MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred.
