At Tax Brilliance Advisors, we help business owners and families protect wealth, reduce taxes, and build legacies. We deliver specialized tax planning and insurance solutions through a white-glove client experience.
We're looking for a motivated Appointment Setter who will play a critical role in growing our client base by connecting with leads, booking qualified calls, and keeping our pipeline full.
The Role
As an Appointment Setter, you'll be on the front lines of our growth engine. You'll reach out to warm and cold leads, follow up with event/webinar attendees, and schedule meetings for our Chief Advisor. You'll also keep our CRM (Close) up to date with call notes and dispositions.
Your success is measured by appointments set and kept - you'll have a clear target, scripts, and systems to support you.
Responsibilities
  • Make daily outbound calls, texts, and emails to leads/prospects.
  • Confirm upcoming appointments with prospects (24-hour reminders).
  • Follow up with no-shows, reschedules, and event/webinar attendees.
  • Manage the daily lead list, prioritize outreach, and log all activity in Close CRM.
  • Qualify prospects before booking calls (fit, interest, availability).
  • Update the Chief Advisor's calendar with confirmed meetings.
  • Consistently hit appointment-setting KPIs.

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or inside sales (financial services a plus).
  • Strong phone presence and confidence speaking with business owners/families.
  • Comfortable with outbound activity - calls, texts, emails.
  • CRM experience (Close, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Highly organized and consistent with follow-up.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic in a remote environment.
