What your day looks like

Start your day at 7:30am alongside a dependable team and finish by 4:00pm—Monday through Friday, no weekends. You’ll set up and operate production equipment that grinds, stuffs, racks, and moves raw protein carriers. Throughout your shift, you’ll handle products across multiple proteins, including pork, beef, chicken, and turkey, and use pallet handling equipment to move ingredients and packaging safely and efficiently.

What you’ll do
  • Operate grinding and stuffing lines; rack product and push raw meat carriers as directed.
  • Work with a variety of proteins: pork, beef, chicken, and turkey.
  • Move product and packaging with pallet handling equipment.
  • Keep production areas organized and spotless throughout the day.
  • Follow all GMPs, safety, sanitation practices, and plant rules at all times.
  • Support your team with additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor.

  • High School Diploma or GED; basic math and writing proficiency.
  • Ability to thrive in a very active, hands-on role.
  • Capability to lift up to 40 lbs.
