Job description

Position Overview

Chick-fil-A Parker is seeking a highly motivated and relationship-driven Catering Coordinator to grow our catering business and deliver exceptional hospitality beyond our restaurant walls. This role is perfect for someone who loves serving people, building community connections, and taking ownership of results.

The Catering Coordinator will lead catering sales efforts, prepare and execute catering orders, and represent Chick-fil-A throughout the Parker community. When not actively working on catering tasks, this team member will support restaurant operations by assisting on the floor and serving our in-store guests.

Key Responsibilities

Catering Sales and Community Engagement

• Proactively seek new catering opportunities by connecting with local businesses, schools, churches, and community organizations

• Build and maintain relationships with catering guests to encourage repeat business

• Follow up with past and potential guests through calls, visits, and email communication

• Represent Chick-fil-A Parker in the community with professionalism and enthusiasm

Order Coordination and Preparation

• Work directly with guests to plan and confirm catering orders

• Prepare and assemble catering orders according to Chick-fil-A food safety and quality standards

• Ensure all catering items are accurate, well-presented, and ready on time

• Organize packaging, labeling, and staging of orders for pickup or delivery

Delivery and Guest Experience

• Deliver catering orders when needed in a timely and professional manner

• Assist with setup at delivery locations when appropriate

• Ensure every catering guest receives a remarkable experience from start to finish

Restaurant Support

• Assist on the restaurant floor during peak periods or when catering demand is lighter

• Serve guests in front counter, drive-thru, or dining room roles as needed

• Uphold Chick-fil-A standards for hospitality, cleanliness, and teamwork

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Self-starter who is comfortable working independently and staying organized

• Passion for serving people and creating positive experiences
