  • Motivate and coach team members to exceed standards, while creating a positive and high-energy culture
  • Collaborate with all Restaurant Leaders to ensure seamless operations
  • Train, develop, coach, provide clear actionable feedback and accountability to team members

  • Have a strong sense of ownership and the ability to drive performance across service goals
