Job Summary

Job Summary:

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring all systems are working properly and efficiently is critical to the success of our overall operations
  • Ensure point of sale and other supporting systems are ready for each event
  • Install, move or replace hardware as needed
  • Assist in the implementation of system installations, upgrades, and maintenance
  • Document all technical issues with troubleshooting steps and status or resolution
  • Other tasks as assigned

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience configuring, maintaining and supporting technology systems
  • Working knowledge of networking including firewalls, switching, and wireless technology 
  • Experience with Point-of-Sale systems is a plus
  • Ability to work long shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays
