Job description

Cherry Picker

Position: Cherry Picker

Schedule: Monday-Friday 3pm-11:30pm

Pay Rate: $19 an hour

Qualifications:

  • MUST have experience with Cherry Picker, Stand-Up Reach, and Stand-Up Forklift equipment
  • Must be able to lift 50+ lbs manually throughout a 10-hour shift
  • Must wear steel-toe shoes
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Strong time management, communication, and organizational skills
  • Able to work independently and safely
  • Must act ethically and comply with company policies
  • Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 lbs, standing/walking for extended periods, and occasional climbing, kneeling, or crawling
  • May be exposed to varying weather and moderate noise levels

Responsibilities:

  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely
  • Pick, stage, load, and unload products (up to 50 lbs)
  • Verify incoming/outgoing shipments for accuracy
  • Organize and maintain warehouse inventory
  • Report damages, shortages, returns, and outdated stock
