What We're Looking For:
  • 3-5 years in a manufacturing or production setting, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Bilingual Strong Preference (Spanish/English)
  • Ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
  • Quick thinker who can troubleshoot and improve processes.

  • Communicate with teams to streamline operations.
