Job description

A-Line Staffing is now hiring Chemical Production Operators in Germantown, WI. The Production Operator would be working for a Major Manufacturing Company and has career growth potential. Chemical Production Operator Highlights: Schedule & Pay: 1st Shift – 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Sunday – Thursday ($22 hourly) 2nd Shift - 3pm-11:30pm Sunday - Thursday ($23 hourly) 3rd Shift - 11pm - 7:30am Monday night - Friday ($24 hourly) Location: Germantown, WI (100% Onsite) Chemical Production Operator Responsibilities: Produce food ingredients by following standardized formulas for weighing, measuring, and mixing raw materials Operate and control processes such as blending, drying, fermentation, extraction, and filtration Set up, calibrate, and monitor instruments (pH meters, thermometers, conductivity meters, etc.) Perform equipment teardown, cleaning, and reassembly (pumps, mills, grinders, valves) Troubleshoot process, product, and equipment issues; respond to deviations Complete documentation and maintain accurate records using SAP systems Follow SOPs for mixing, pH adjustment, transfers, and sequencing Monitor inventory levels and ensure traceability Inspect raw materials for variations (color, smell, moisture, contaminants) Collect samples for QA analysis Perform minor maintenance on equipment as needed Maintain sanitation schedules (daily, weekly, monthly) Follow all Safety, Health & Environment (SHE), cGMP, and HACCP guidelines Promote workplace safety and maintain a clean work environment Chemical Production Operator Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent Forklift certification required 1+ year of process or manufacturing experience (food manufacturing experience highly preferred) Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting experience Ability to read and comprehend English Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Willingness to work overtime and a flexible schedule Must be at least 18 years old Ability to lift 50–60 lbs repetitively Ability to wear a respirator as needed If you are interested in this Chemical Production Operator position, please apply to this posting with Luke H.
