Job description

Focus Tech, a leader in chemical manufacturing for the Printed Circuit Board industry, is seeking qualified candidates for our open Chemical Blender Operator position at our Tempe facility.
Major Tasks and Responsibilities 
  • Follow the work order to pull the correct raw materials from the racks for each batch.
  • Follow work order/manufacturing sheet to add chemicals in correct order and correct amount (usually by weight).
  • Inspect empty packaging to verify it is clean.
  • Ensure the proper amount of finished product is pumped into the packaging. 
  • Follow written procedures for handling hazardous chemicals.
  • Labeling and or checking the other person’s labeling to ensure finished product is properly labeled.
Qualifications:
·Must be able to life at least 50 pounds.
·Must be 21 years of age.
·Previous experience with chemical mixing preferred.
·Previous computer skills required (data input, inventory control system, MS Office)
·Forklift experience (certification a plus).
·Oracle experience a plus

The pay range for this position is between $20.00 and $23.00 per hour depending upon experience and qualifications.
