Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to support daily kitchen operations in our full-service hotel. This role assists the Executive Chef with food production, staff supervision, and maintaining quality, consistency, and sanitation standards.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and passionate about delivering high-quality food in a professional kitchen environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Assist the Executive Chef with daily kitchen operations
  • Supervise kitchen staff and provide guidance during service
  • Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency
  • Support menu execution, prep, and production
  • Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
  • Assist with inventory, ordering, and food cost control
  • Help train and develop kitchen team members
  • Ensure proper use and care of kitchen equipment

What We’re Looking For
  • Previous Sous Chef or lead cook experience preferred
