A premium organic grocer in Miami is seeking a Café Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of its wellness-forward café.

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience managing café, juice bar, or counter-service operations
  • Strong knowledge of plant-based menus, specialty coffee, and functional wellness drinks
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams with a focus on hospitality and efficiency
  • Experience in scheduling, inventory, vendor management, and POS systems
