Salary: $85,000-$95,000 Base + Bonus Eligible (Up to 10%)

Qualifications:
  • Proven Executive Chef experience in fine dining, upscale casual, or chef-driven restaurant environments with a strong focus on quality and execution.
  • Strong culinary background with experience in French cuisine, menu development, seasonality, and creative culinary programming.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing culinary teams while managing medium- to high-volume operations.
Requirements:
  • Valid U.S. work visa required (no sponsorship available).
  • Experience overseeing kitchen operations, including food cost, labor management, ordering, inventory, sanitation, and financial performance.
