Location: Las Vegas, NV 
Salary: $90k + 7% Bonus 
Benefits: M/D/V, PTO 
 
Upscale Asian-fusion restaurant in Las Vegas,NV is looking for a Sushi Chef to join their team! 
 
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a sushi chef in a high-volume, upscale or fine dining environment
  • Strong knowledge of traditional and modern sushi techniques, including nigiri, sashimi, and specialty rolls
  • Expertise in fish butchery, knife skills, and proper handling of raw seafood
  • Ability to maintain consistency, presentation standards, and speed during peak service
  • Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards
  • Team-oriented with strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • No more than 3 jobs in the last 5 years 
Key Job Duties
  • Prepare and present sushi and sashimi to established quality and plating standards
  • Ensure timely execution of orders in a fast-paced service environment
  • Uphold consistency in taste, texture, and presentation across all dishes
