  • Proven experience as a sushi chef in a high-volume, upscale or fine dining environment
  • Strong knowledge of traditional and modern sushi techniques, including nigiri, sashimi, and specialty rolls
  • Expertise in fish butchery, knife skills, and proper handling of raw seafood
  • Ability to maintain consistency, presentation standards, and speed during peak service
  • Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards
  • Team-oriented with strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • No more than 3 jobs in the last 5 years
