What is Takes to be a part of the Team

  • Consistently follow all recipes, procedures, food rotation, storage, safety guidelines, and product specifications to ensure every guest enjoys high-quality, safe food
  • Properly stock and maintain your station to manager-defined levels, ensuring you're fully prepared to meet guest demand throughout each shift
  • Take pride in plating and presenting every dish according to Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza standards
  • Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the shift to maintain a safe and efficient kitchen environment

Responsibilities

  • Ability to follow recipes and kitchen procedures with precision and consistency
  • Strong understanding of food safety, proper storage, and sanitation standards
  • Experience working the line in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills
  • Takes pride in cooking from scratch and presenting dishes to spec, every time
  • Comfortable standing for long periods and working near high heat
  • Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and handling busy shifts with ease
  • Ability to stay focused, multitask, and stay calm under pressure during peak hours

Prior experience line cook, prep cook, grill cook, fry cook, chef, restaurant crew member, restaurant kitchen team member or other part time back of house restaurant jobs highly desirable.
