Key Responsibilities:
  • Display proper telephone and digital greetings etiquette.
  • Act as a knowledgeable resource for menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, and beverage pairings.
  • Maintain comprehensive understanding of the menus, including seasonal offerings and specials.
  • Proactively engage with guests to understand their dining preferences, allergies, dietary restrictions, and special occasions.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to accommodate special requests, create custom dishes, or modify menu items to meet individual guest needs.
  • Coordinate Chef Experiences and Bartender Experiences.
  • Engage with Delivery Drivers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless execution and delivery of orders.
  • Verify accuracy of deliveries by matching orders with invoices or delivery manifests.
  • Provide excellent guest service during deliveries, including friendly interaction and timely responses to inquiries.
  • Handle guest concerns or questions professionally and promptly or escalate them to the Delivery Manager as needed.
  • Organize accurate delivery logs, including delivery times, order information, and any issues encountered during deliveries.
  • Ensure all required paperwork, such as delivery receipts, is completed accurately and promptly and kept organized.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures, including dress code and vehicle use policies.

Education, Skills and Experience
  • Valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record.
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role, hospitality and catering experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of food and wine pairings.
  • Ability to adapt to and multi-task in a fast-paced environment and handle guest requests with grace and professionalism.
  • Food, alcohol, and safety certifications under FL requirements.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong punctuality and dependability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact with a wide range of people.
