Job description

Product Manager
Platform for Heavy Industries | SF Bay Area
ABOUT NEXXA
Nexxa.ai is building artificial super intelligence for heavy industries - enabling machines, systems and operations to think, decide and act autonomously across manufacturing, large-scale infrastructure, logistics and legacy environments. Our mission is to translate deep technical breakthroughs into operational reality, solving some of the hardest systems-level problems in industry.
THE ROLE
We're looking for a rock-start enterprise software experienced Product Manager to work on the NitroOS platform. You'll work at the intersection of AI, heavy industries and business operations to define what we build, how it evolves, and how it scales aligned to the vision. This is not a feature factory role. You'll be making architecture-level product decisions that shape how Fortune 100 companies adopt AI in their operations.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Own the platform product roadmap - prioritize features, define milestones, and drive from PRD through GA release
  • Write detailed PRDs with acceptance criteria, success metrics, and technical constraints, collaborating closely with engineering and design
  • Translate customer deployment learnings into platform capabilities - identify patterns across customers and abstract them into reusable platform features
  • Define and track product KPIs: adoption, engagement, time-to-value, feature utilization across modules (AI assistant, customer UI, intelligence graph, agent workflows)
  • Run feature prioritization, sprint planning and backlog grooming with core engineering, ensuring delivery stays aligned to deliverable milestones
  • Partner with the engineering stakeholders on platform architecture decisions - understanding trade-offs between customer-specific customization and platform scalability
  • Conduct competitive analysis against industrial AI platforms and inform product positioning

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • 2-4 years of product management experience, with at least 2 years on an enterprise platform product
  • Experience building developer platforms, data platforms, or enterprise workflow tools - you understand APIs, integrations, and platform extensibility
  • Strong technical fluency - you can read architecture diagrams, discuss data models, and hold your own in engineering design reviews
  • Experience with interest in heavy industries (manufacturing, supply chain, energy, logistics) - you're energized by complexity, not intimidated by it
  • Track record of shipping products from 0→1, not just iterating on mature products
  • Experience with AI/ML products - prompt engineering, agent workflows, RAG systems, LLM-powered features
  • Excellent written communication - your PRDs are clear, your roadmaps are crisp, your stakeholder updates are concise
  • Comfort with ambiguity - we're a seed-stage company building in a new category. You'll define the playbook, not follow one.

NICE TO HAVE
  • Prior experience at a startup that scaled from seed to Series B+
  • Domain expertise in manufacturing operations, supply chain, or industrial engineering
  • Familiarity with Confluence, Jira, Figma, and modern product tooling

WHY NEXXA
  • Build the AI operating system for industry - not another chatbot, not another dashboard, but the intelligence layer that changes how Fortune 100 companies run their operations
  • Work directly with the CPO and CTO - your ideas will ship in weeks, not quarters
  • Backed by silicon valley top VCs with access to their portfolio network, recruiting, and GTM resources
  • Early-stage equity with real upside.
