Talent Management & Production Intern

Slash Management (/mgmt) is a full-service talent management company dedicated to fostering the growth and success of multi-hyphenate artists. Specializing in brand building, intellectual property creation, music, television, and film, the company is devoted to creating opportunities for talent and promoting diverse representation
Role Description
Slash Management and Slash Models is seeking highly motivated interns interested in both talent management and production across digital entertainment, music, and TV. This hybrid role offers experience in social media management from both the creative and business sides, while also providing hands-on exposure to how managers support and develop talent. Some projects may also cross into production, so editing, camera experience, and creative interest is a plus.
Interns will be assigned specific duties and deadlines and are expected to take full responsibility for their projects. This is an in-person, unpaid internship requiring 12–20 hours per week for a minimum of 3 months. Applicants must be currently enrolled in an accredited college, university, or trade school and eligible for school credit.
Duties 
- Maintain and update internal talent tracking grids, ensuring rosters and social metrics are accurate and organized.
- Conduct comprehensive social media audits, identifying content strengths, opportunities, and growth insights for clients.
- Support the team in talent scouting, researching emerging creators and evaluating potential fit for the Slash MGMT roster.
- Research industry trends, platform updates, and brand opportunities to inform client strategy and creative development.
- Assist in developing content strategy plans for clients, including concept ideation, content calendars, and platform-specific recommendations.
- Create, edit, and publish graphics and short-form content for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok, aligning with brand voice and aesthetic.
Requirements
- Self driven and proactive
- Interest in and knowledge of social media trends (on TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, etc)
- Strong work ethic and ability to meet timely deadlines
- Working knowledge of Google Suite programs, particularly Google Sheets
- Interest in marketing, promotions and social media
- Keen organizational and multitasking skills
