Moyer Ford Sales is seeking a motivated Automotive Internet Sales Representative to manage and convert online customer inquiries into in-store appointments. This role is a great fit for someone who communicates well, follows up consistently, and enjoys working in a fast-paced dealership environment. In addition to supporting the sales team, this position provides backup support for the F&I department as needed, making it ideal for candidates interested in expanding their dealership skill set.
Key Responsibilities
  • Respond quickly to internet leads, phone calls, and chat inquiries
  • Communicate with customers via email, phone, and text to understand needs and build rapport
  • Schedule and confirm dealership appointments
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records in the CRM system
  • Partner with sales consultants to ensure smooth handoffs and customer follow-through
  • Re-engage unsold leads and support long-term customer relationships
  • Assist with F&I backup support, including document preparation and customer coordination when needed
  • Meet or exceed dealership goals for lead response, appointments, and conversions
