Fast-paced Software Company - Big Hairy Dog. Is seeking a highly responsible, organized receptionist to handle busy multi-line phones. Receptionist is responsible for answering calls quickly, entering all calls and emails into the database, and making sure calls are returned in a timely manner. Could be career path to help desk technician. Qualified candidates must be capable of handling all administrative functions including opening mail, filing, preparing monthly statements, distribution of incoming faxes, and monitoring email and chat room, stocking breakrooms, taking out trash. Candidate must be able to multi-task. Strong computer skills required. Excellent advancement opportunities to technical positions. Must have previous phone experience. Position is Monday- Friday 9am to 1pm
