  • Baby Bonding Leave: 18 weeks

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
  • 5 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc).
  • 5 years of experience in people management with technical leadership.
  • Experience developing or launching products or technologies within Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning (AI/ML).
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience building and launching enterprise products powered by Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), or Generative AI/LLMs.
  • Expertise in workplace productivity tools, or unified communication platforms.
  • Ability to navigate deep technical ambiguity, successfully taking 0-to-1 innovation initiatives to market while optimizing 1-to-N core platforms.
  • Exceptional executive presence, with the ability to build alignment across massive, matrixed organizations (such as Google Workspace).
  • Excellent analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making and defining success metrics for complex, multi-faceted ecosystems.
